1. League Philosophy & Administration

The LiTox Community League (LCL) is built on balance, competition, and integrity. We are a community first—play hard, respect your opponents, and stay LiT.

Administrative Authority

LiTox Administration holds final authority on all league matters, including rule interpretation, enforcement, match disputes, hosting, scheduling, and roster eligibility.

2. Franchise & Roster Rules

  • Roster Size: Each franchise is permitted a maximum of 5 players.
  • Transactions: Teams are allowed one (1) player transaction per season (either a Free Agent pickup or a Trade).
  • Substitutes: Emergency Substitutes (E-Subs) are NOT permitted. All matches must be played using the official 5-man franchise roster.

3. Scheduling & Match Days

Official match days are Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10:00 PM EST. Flexibility is encouraged; game times may change if both teams agree. Game days can be moved if agreed on by both teams and notified to the Admin Team

GM Responsibilities: Coordination of match times via the designated GM Chat, notifying players, and managing match lobbies.

4. Match Start & The '5555' Rule

The team hosting Map 1 has exactly 5 minutes to post the lobby code. Failure to meet start times results in the forfeitures below.

Rule: If the Map 1 host fails to drop a code, the opposing team must create a lobby and remain inside to provide timestamped proof.

5. Hosting & Side Selection

  • Coin Flip: Conducted via !flip command in LCL GM Channel. Determines Team A/B and hosting order.
  • Status: Teams must declare their intent to host assigned maps before Map 1 begins.
  • Side Selection: The team picking the map also picks their starting side.
  • Disputes: Admin-selected host if a host is unplayable.

Technical Governance

The integrity of match hosting is paramount. Coin flips determine the initial priority, and teams must declare their hosting intentions before the start of any series. If a server is deemed technically unstable by administration, a neutral host will be mandated immediately.

What is the '5555' rule for match starts?

Once scheduled, the hosting team has 5 minutes to post the lobby code. Failures trigger forfeit timers at 10, 15, and 20 minutes for maps and the series. If a host fails to drop a code, the opposition must provide timestamped proof.

What are the rehost and disconnect policies?

One rehost request is allowed per series. After a ping check, a maximum of two resets are allowed. A third reset results in a forfeit. For Hardpoint, if a disconnect occurs after 150 points, the map continues.

Who has final authority on disputes?

LiTox Administration holds final authority on all league matters. Rulings on match disputes, hosting issues, and exploit attempts are handled directly by the league staff to ensure competitive integrity.
